Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Remittance Specialist to manage input/output remittance transactions and ensure compliance with AML procedures. You will handle multiple channels, prepare operational reports, and support interbank settlements while delivering prompt customer service.

Qualifications

• Typing and communication skill.
• Familiar with Remittance operational procedures, bank policies for manager role.
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• At least 1 year’s banking experience; 3 years remittance experience for manager role.

Responsibilities

• Process and input outward remittance applications from multiple submission channels.
• Handle inward remittance transactions and related posting in systems.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports for management review; ensure AML compliance.
• Distribute notices from HKICL, HKMA and SWIFT to departments; assist on testing for payments initiative.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and perform balance inquiries as needed.
