Chiyu Banking Corporation Limited, based in Hong Kong, is seeking an operations professional to handle SWIFT/RTGS processing and regulatory reporting. The role requires at least a diploma in business and 2+ years in banking operations, with AML/RMB awareness and FPS familiarity.

The candidate should be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and able to work under pressure in a dynamic, regulation-driven environment. Prior cross-border payments experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Diploma or above in business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of banking operations experience.
• Experience with FPS, SWIFT and RTGS operations preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for payment/remittance (AML, RMB).
• Organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Responsabilidades

• Handle the processing of Telecom operations and daily reconciliation of SWIFT, RTGS and related activities according to procedures, policies & guidelines and service standards.
• Handle and respond to inquiries/requests from internal/external partners, customers on transaction processing and related matters.
• Maintain daily SWIFT operations for connection to the SWIFT network, message file inquiries, basic event journal inquiries, general status and RMA management.
• Submission of monthly business/regulatory reporting.
• Identify and elevate exceptional/outstanding/suspicious transactions to management and other relevant parties for necessary action.
• Conduct UAT for various projects and initiatives, and handle tasks assigned by superiors.
