Job summary

Diginex is seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Acquisition Intern to support our business development efforts in Hong Kong. You will help identify potential clients, prepare pitches, and assist with market outreach, gaining hands-on experience in sales and client engagement.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Cantonese and English, currently enrolled in a business, marketing, or communications degree, proactive, and eager to build client relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken).
• Current enrolment in a degree program or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate leads.
• Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Engage with clients via calls, emails, and meetings with professional communication.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies with goals.
