Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, curious, and driven candidate who must be at least 4th year uni student/ fresh graduates/ candidates with around 1+ year of experience (preferably in business-related discipline but candidates from different domain will also be considered) who are interested in exploring careers in external relations, BD and operations in startups. This full-time position provides hands-on experience within a fast-growing startup environment. You’ll be involved in identifying growth opportunities, engaging with investors and clients, contributing to financial forecasting, and supporting the creation of application/marketing materials. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and board members, with potential for long-term involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in external affairs, business development activities and business related operations to identify growth opportunities and expand market reach.
• Manage company external relations related operational and administrative affairs
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, clients and various stakeholders by providing materials, regular updates and addressing inquiries.
• Handle company administrative and daily operation tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations
• Prepare, research and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential investors and stakeholders.
• Assist to develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making
• Work closely with the CEO to support business development and growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing (at least Year 4/ Master Student) a degree in Business or a related field/ Postgraduate Student / Fresh Graduates/ Candidates with around 1+ year of experience (candidates from other fields will also be considered)
