Job summary

Morgan McKinley Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Compensation Accounting professional to manage payroll, accounting, and reporting of salary, bonuses, and benefits within a regional team.

The role collaborates with external payroll vendors and global CA counterparts, offering exposure to cross‑functional projects and compliance across jurisdictions in Asia Pacific.

Candidates should have a degree in accounting or finance, 2–3 years at Big 4, strong Excel, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience including human capital at Big 4 firms.
• Experience with general ledger posting and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of income tax and benefit programs is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and processing of compensation information.
• Reporting and accounting to internal and external authorities.
• Commitment to internal controls over data.
• Review, reconcile and substantiate general ledger balances.
• Help formulate payroll processes, new pay entities and tax/benefit programs.
• Collaborate with global CA counterparts on compensation reporting.
• Document processes.
• Participate in global projects.
