Job summary

CLSA is seeking a payroll, compensation and benefits professional to support regional HR operations. The role collaborates with external service providers, brokers and internal Finance, Legal and IT teams to deliver accurate payrolls and compliant benefit programs.

The incumbent must excel in multi-tasking, data accuracy and stakeholder communication, with a strong focus on English and Putonghua, and an emphasis on delivering timely administrative to transactional HR work.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years regional payroll/compensation/benefits experience.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, tables, charts, XLOOKUP, Mail Merge).

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional payroll operations and renewals of payroll solutions.
• Coordinate with solution provider and advise overseas admins for timely, compliant payrolls.
• Renew group insurance plans; liaise with brokers/insurers; ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with HRBP and overseas admins for consistent benefits practices.
• Administer Group Retirement Plan with trustees and plan advisors.
• Coordinate wellness activities and market surveys to gain insights.
• Assist with annual bonus and salary review data preparation and communications.
• Identify and implement process improvements in operations.
• Provide timely reports and support other tasks/projects.
