Job summary

CONFIDENTIAL is a multinational retail company seeking a Payroll & C&B Specialist to oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in Hong Kong and regional markets, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting C&B projects within HR operations.

You will maintain HRIS data, liaise with authorities on pension, insurance and tax matters, and drive payroll audits, reporting, and process improvements. The role requires strong communication and regional HR experience.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of HR experience with a focus on C&B and payroll in retail.
• Regional HR experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in Hong Kong and regional markets.
• Prepare regular C&B reports for management review.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and reliable HRIS data.
• Liaise with authorities and service providers on pension, insurance, tax, and other statutory matters.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and reporting obligations.
• Manage HR projects and other ad hoc assignments as needed.
