Job summary

LMG Insurance seeks a Market Architect in Technology-Engineering for SG & HK to define the technology strategy and lead the architecture roadmap across platforms. You will steer cross-functional initiatives, manage tech debt, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while collaborating with IT, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and vendors.

You’ll guide governance, promote reusable patterns, and drive secure, scalable, cost-efficient solutions, reporting to Architecture and Engineering leadership

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in engineering/architecture with 10+ years in applications architecture.
• Strong background in regulated industries (insurance, banking, fintech) preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional architecture discussions and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to balance modernization with cost, security, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define technology strategy and architecture roadmap for SG & HK markets.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage tech debt, and modernization efforts.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and regional standards.
• Provide architectural guidance to stakeholders and drive governance
