Job summary

Hongkong Land Limited is seeking an experienced technology leader to head the Architecture & Engineering function across corporate, leasing, property and data domains. You will define the technology direction and ensure scalable, secure, and integrated solutions aligned with Hongkong Land's goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive technology experience, including leadership responsibility of multidisciplinary teams across solution architecture, software engineering, and enterprise technology delivery.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, cloud technologies, integration architecture, software engineering practices, and platform operations.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale technology transformation initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience within real estate, property management, finance, customer platforms, or data and analytics environments would be an advantage.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Architecture & Engineering function across all product domains, defining technology direction and ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, engineering practices, and governance frameworks to improve consistency, reusability, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Product Owners, Technology Business Partners, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into roadmaps, designs, and delivery plans.
• Drive engineering excellence across architecture, software development, QA, DevOps, and platform reliability.
• Oversee delivery of enterprise technology capabilities and transformation initiatives from design to implementation and stabilization.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, QA, DevOps, and platform reliability professionals, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
• Manage delivery capacity, budgets, vendors, and strategic resources to align investments with business priorities.
