Job summary

Morgan Philips Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Logistics Head to build and scale the logistics function across regions, supporting international growth in a hospitality-focused business.

You will lead end-to-end logistics operations—freight, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory, and project site deliveries—while driving cost optimization, process improvements, and digitalization. You will develop a high-performing team and ensure resilient, scalable supply chains.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years in logistics, freight forwarding, international transportation, or supply chain management with leadership.
• Experience building or transforming logistics functions and managing day-to-day operations.
• Experience in FF&E, OS&E, furniture, construction fit-out or hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of international freight, Incoterms, customs regulations and cross-border logistics.
• Proven track record negotiating with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and partners.
• Hands-on, proactive and entrepreneurial with ownership mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills across functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute logistics strategies to support growth and regional expansion.
• Lead end-to-end logistics operations, including freight, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory and site deliveries.
• Manage logistics partners and negotiate commercial agreements for service excellence and cost competitiveness.
• Drive cost optimization, process improvement and operational excellence across logistics.
• Provide logistics expertise for tenders, pricing, and business planning while driving cost optimization.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing logistics team through organization design and development.
• Drive logistics digitalization, systems enhancement and process standardization.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation and business continuity plans.
