Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day logistics operation, coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to meet delivery schedules.
• Evaluate and approve shipment requests, aligning carrier execution with operational and demand requirements.
• Monitor 3PLs and logistics service providers to maintain service quality and drive continuous operational performance.
• Conduct regular audits of transport modes, routing, and load plans to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Track volume forecasts, shipment milestones, and key metrics; analyze performance reports to implement targeted vendor and process enhancements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external logistics inquiries, resolving operational issues promptly.
