You will lead sourcing across software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, and services; manage vendor relationships; negotiate terms; ensure regulatory compliance; and deliver cost-saving initiatives in a highly regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, or related.
• 7–10 years of procurement experience with emphasis on IT sourcing and vendor management.
• Experience in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Knowledge of software licensing, cloud contracts, SaaS, cybersecurity procurement.
• Track record of complex contract negotiations and value delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with governance, third-party risk management, regulatory requirements.
• CIPS or CPSM certifications are advantageous.
• Fluent English; Cantonese/ Mandarin beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing projects across software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, telecom, and services.
• Develop and execute category strategies to optimize cost, risk, and supplier performance.
• Manage full procurement lifecycle: RFx, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, onboarding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with business goals.
• Negotiate terms, SLAs, pricing, and contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation.
• Support technology transformation projects and major sourcing initiatives.
• Track market trends and supplier developments in FS sector.
