ActAI is seeking a hands-on Head of HR Operations to manage our global HR operations remotely. You will own onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance across multiple countries, building scalable processes and implementing SOPs to support rapid international growth.

You will oversee HR systems, records, reporting, and data governance, ensuring audit-ready operations and strong stakeholder collaboration with leadership and local partners. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong understanding of global HR operations, employment documentation, payroll coordination, HR systems, and compliance.
• Experience building and improving HR processes in a fast-growing company.
• Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with process improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across different countries, cultures, and time zones.

About the Role

You will lead HR Operations for ActAI's global team.

You will own the operational foundation that supports employees across multiple countries, ensuring HR processes are accurate, compliant, and scalable as the company grows.

This is a hands-on role. You will build and improve HR processes, manage global HR operations, and work with local partners and vendors to ensure a consistent employee experience across different markets.

Location

This is a remote role. We hire globally and work across multiple countries and time zones.

Candidates should be comfortable working effectively in a distributed, fast-moving international team and collaborating with colleagues across different locations.

Language

English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
