ActAI is seeking a product leader to define roadmaps and translate user needs into features for AI-driven applications. You will own end-to-end delivery from planning through launch, guided by metrics and experiments.

The role emphasizes strong system design, rigorous evaluation of architecture, and balancing performance with development costs, to boost adoption, engagement and retention.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping technology products.
• Strong system design knowledge and ability to evaluate architecture, data models, integrations, reliability and performance trade-offs.
• Ability to challenge technical proposals, identify architectural risks and work with engineering to resolve constraints.
• Experience owning complex products or workflows end-to-end from definition to launch and production iteration.
• Ability to balance quality, latency, reliability, development cost and time-to-market when making product decisions; proven track record of improving adoption, engagement, retention or business outcomes.
• Strong analytical judgment and experience designing experiments, interpreting metrics and making data-driven decisions.

There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal to no prompting.

Our first application is an agent-first mobile communication app. We believe building applications that users use daily for communication, coordination and collaboration needs will help integrate AI into their lives. The net effect is to eliminate misinformation, achieve low coordination costs, enable high quality tasks and collaboration at scale with minimal or little prompting.
