Hytech, a global management consulting firm, seeks a Financial Controller to lead financial reporting and governance across regional operations. You will oversee IFRS reporting, group consolidation, intercompany accounting, and internal controls while partnering with regional teams to support growth and new entity setups.

You will mentor the regional controllership team, drive finance transformation, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or controllership across multi-entity or regional entities.
• Strong IFRS knowledge with ability to prepare accounting position papers and support reporting across jurisdictions.
• Experience strengthening internal controls and driving finance process improvements.
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor regional controllership teams.
• Experience implementing ERP and driving automation for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly and annual close across regional entities, including group consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Oversee technical accounting matters, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and governance.
• Strengthen internal controls and finance governance through SOPs and process improvements.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and regional teams to support expansion and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop the regional controllership team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
