Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience with group reporting and consolidation.
• Listed‑company experience in distribution, trading, logistics, or real‑estate related businesses preferred.
• Currently at Group Financial Controller, Head of Group Reporting, Deputy CFO, or equivalent leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly group close and reporting across all operating and investment entities.
• Oversee multi‑entity, multi‑currency group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, FX translation, and minority interests.
• Oversee budgeting and group budget consolidation, coordinate inputs and challenge subsidiary budgets.
• Prepare monthly Board packs with performance, cash flow, KPIs and risks; liaise with Audit Committee.
• Coordinate quarterly/annual reporting and liaise with external auditors; ensure audit‑readiness.
• Drive governance, policies, controls, and standardisation; mentor finance teams and drive automation.
