Hytech seeks a Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, controllership, and governance across regional entities. The role focuses on IFRS compliance, group consolidation, and building scalable finance processes to support business growth.

You will lead the monthly close, enhance internal controls, partner with Treasury, Tax and Legal, and mentor the regional controllership team. Strong English and Chinese, 10+ years in accounting, with CPA/ACCA/CA and up to 40% travel required.

Formación

• 10+ years in accounting or controllership with multi-entity experience.
• Strong IFRS, group consolidation and technical accounting expertise.
• Proven internal controls improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership in finance transformation including ERP implementations.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA/CA; strong English and Chinese.
• Travel up to 40% regionally ( Malaysia ).

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly and annual close across regional entities and group consolidation.
• Manage technical accounting, accounting policies, intercompany reconciliations, and governance.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive automation for reporting efficiency.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal and regional business teams on initiatives.
• Lead and develop the regional controllership team.
