Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a senior Internal Control Manager to lead regional control design, implementation, and monitoring across Asia. You will partner with governance functions to ensure risk coverage and regulatory compliance while supporting growth and efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in internal controls or related fields, CPA/CA/CIA/CISA preferred, and strong capabilities in process improvement and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 10+ years in internal controls, audit, risk, compliance or finance controllership.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and governance.
• IFRS or US GAAP understanding with control environment experience.
• Proven drive for process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-project capabilities.

• Identify gaps, drive remediation, and maintain risk/control documentation.
