Job summary

Hytech is seeking a Financial Controller to drive financial reporting, controllership, and governance across regional operations. You will oversee IFRS reporting, group consolidation, intercompany accounting, and internal controls while partnering with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and regional teams to enable growth.

The role requires 10+ years in accounting or controllership, Big 4 exposure preferred, and proficiency in English and Chinese to collaborate across Chinese-speaking markets.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with IFRS and group consolidation experience across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual close across regional entities, consolidation, statutory reporting and IFRS compliance.
• Manage technical accounting matters, accounting policies, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and governance.
• Strengthen internal controls and finance processes, driving automation and efficiency.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Legal, and regional teams to support expansion and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop the regional controllership team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
