Job summary

Hilti Asia Pacific in Hong Kong is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) program leader to drive profitable growth and expand Hilti Online, the Shopping App, and Marketplaces across North Asia. You will shape regional strategy and enable digital channels for seamless omnichannel customer experiences.

You will own the ISAM strategy, manage eCommerce growth, and lead small teams with data-driven decision making while collaborating with MO, GCC, product, and marketing to deliver strong

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales, eCommerce, or digital channel leadership.
• Proven success in Inside Sales / remote selling models.
• Strong experience with eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Experience in B2B or omnichannel environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inside Sales (ISAM) program strategy and performance.
• Develop regional eCommerce growth strategy for Hilti Online, Shopping App and Marketplaces.
• Partner with MO and GCC to align execution and share best practices.
• Drive omnichannel integration and digital-assisted selling.
• Coach teams, create playbooks, and monitor KPI performance.
