Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or related engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience in construction or selling engineering products.
• Senior Hilti experience with relevant applications in construction.
• Strong English and Cantonese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical specification work with project owners, consultants, and contractors to position Hilti solutions early in the design phase.
• Develop and execute engineering strategies that drive business growth, influence stakeholders, and elevate Hilti’s technical credibility.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver end to end project impact from design to execution.
• Provide engineering insights and market feedback to regional teams to support product development and innovation.
• Steer technical discussions, deliver training, and act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external partners.
