Job summary

SEEK Asia (JobsDB) is seeking an Account Manager (Acquisition - Inside Sales) to manage assigned corporate clients and grow revenue. You will build trust, promote SEEK services, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a drive to improve processes. You will operate in a dynamic, hybrid work environment with opportunities for career growth in a fast-growing tech company

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in account management.
• Experience in selling technology solutions would be highly preferred.
• Customer-oriented with proactive and good serving attitude.
• Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and cultivate strong working relationships to drive customer satisfaction and profit growth.
• Sell and promote SEEK's services and solutions to corporate clients.
• Contact customers through outbound/inbound calls daily.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by formulating sales planning and strategies.
• Manage annual contract negotiations and resolve challenges effectively.
• Maintain trustful relationships with clients through proactive follow-up actions.
