Nexperia is seeking a Regional Distribution Director to lead the distribution sales channel in the region, driving strategy, design wins, and market expansion. You will hire and guide a high-performing team and collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders to exceed growth targets.

This leadership role requires deep semiconductor knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to navigate complex partner networks across Asia.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry.
• At least 5 years of leading cross-functional teams with a track record of driving performance.
• University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Deep knowledge of the regional semiconductor market, reference design influence, and transnational account management.
• Strong technical understanding of discrete semiconductors, MOSFETs, ESD protection, and logic devices.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Own quarterly and yearly distribution sales targets and ensure team exceeds objectives.
• Direct the distribution sales team to align with strategic objectives and drive design-win successes.
• Lead development of Customer Business Plans to secure long-term growth.
• Identify new applications and focus areas to gain competitive edge.
