Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a senior leader to drive digital platform management for regional distribution solutions. You will align country needs with a regional tech stack, guiding cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, and QA to deliver scalable, customer-centric platform solutions across multiple markets.

Lead in a fast-paced InsurTech environment, evangelize design thinking, and ensure timely delivery of platform roadmaps that reduce cost and time to market for new markets.

Qualifications

• Industry & functional knowledge of an e-commerce, customer servicing and/or B2C platform solution.
• Proven experience in successful rollouts at either country or regional levels (preferably within the Asia Pacific markets).
• University degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years' working experience in e-commerce/ InsurTech-Fintech.
• 7+ years’ experience with mobile application offerings to customers.
• 7+ years delivery of Agile, Product Management, Project Management (SCRUM, Product Management).
• Start-up environment experience that demonstrates execution excellence, will be advantageous.
• Expertise in digital best practices and its applicability to retail and/or financial services.
• Prior experience in managing cross-functional, multi-geography digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital product management and delivery of platform solutions with a focus on regional platforms.
• Articulate and refine a regional platform approach for localization while maintaining regional tech stack benefits.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to deliver optimal customer journeys for distribution partners and customers.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and maintainability; drive agile practices across teams.
• Translate complex user/technical requirements into business rules within scrum framework.
