Job summary

Invesco is seeking a senior technology leader to own the APAC distribution technology roadmap, aligning regional priorities with global programs. You will serve on the D2E2 leadership team and ensure APAC requirements are embedded in design and prioritization decisions.

You will lead the APAC delivery and mentor the APAC Business Analyst, working with Sales, Marketing, Client Reporting, and Product to align technology investment with commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years in technology delivery, product ownership, or business analysis in financial services.
• Experience owning technology roadmaps in a global, multi-market environment.
• Experience with distribution technology platforms (CRM, client reporting, content platforms, data platforms).
• Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organisation and influence outcomes without direct control.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the APAC distribution technology roadmap, aligned to global initiatives.
• Represent APAC in leadership and governance forums, embedding regional requirements.
• Lead APAC delivery efforts and manage regional risks and escalations.
• Mentor the APAC Business Analyst and collaborate with regional stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
