FWD Group seeks a seasoned product leader to drive a regional digital platform strategy across markets. You will lead customer website and servicing dashboard initiatives, translating business needs into scalable platform features and roadmaps.

You will collaborate with business units, UX/UI teams, and cross-functional tech squads to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, IT or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Financial Services with 6+ years in relevant roles.
• Expertise in digital best practices for lifestyle/financial services.
• Experience delivering a digital platform.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple workstreams for the customer website platform and servicing dashboard.
• Manage digital platform delivery across regional markets with scalability in mind.
• Write product specs/stories to deliver on time and meet metrics.
• Engage with country stakeholders and senior leaders on platform initiatives.
• Drive Agile practices and mentor Scrum teams.
• Develop and maintain a digital platform roadmap.
• Gather user/technical requirements and translate into business rules within Scrum.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to prototype data-driven solutions.
• Coordinate design, development and deployment with business and tech teams.
