Job summary

Hamilton Lane, a global leader in private markets, seeks a Principal, Client Solutions, Private Wealth in Hong Kong to lead business development and prospecting in Hong Kong and Taiwan with a focus on private banks and wealth platforms. You will lead the full sales cycle and collaborate with regional teams to deliver best-in-class investment solutions.

This role requires 10+ years in financial services, a university degree or higher, CFA/CAIA desirable, and fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• University degree (B.A., B.S. or equivalent); MBA or CFA/CAIA preferred.
• 10+ years in financial services or private markets, with wealth/intermediary distribution experience.
• Proven track record in business development and relationship management with wealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and deepen client relationships with private banks and wealth platforms.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing portfolio development.
• Develop territory and account plans to grow private wealth footprint in HK and Taiwan.
• Coordinate presentations, meetings, and client materials; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams (investments, product, client services, ops, legal, compliance).
