Job summary

OMNI Consulting (Asia) seeks a Regional AVP/VP, Account Servicing (Public Equity) to manage strategic institutional client relationships and growth across Australia and NNZ region. You will lead engagements in collaboration with Sales, Research and Client Service teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Native English required. Bring 3–6 years in B2B account management with APAC/international experience, and a track record serving institutional clients such as hedge funds or asset managers;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Native English speaking and written skills.
• 3–6 years in B2B Account Management with APAC/international experience.
• Experience serving institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, alternatives).
• Credit and/or Public Equities experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to grow strategic client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue retention/expansion track record.
• Ability to engage with senior investment professionals and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of institutional clients focused on Credit and Public Equities in Australia and NNZ.
• Drive client retention, expansion, and revenue growth across assigned accounts.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the firm's product suite.
• Partner with Sales on renewals, commercial negotiations, and enterprise-wide growth initiatives.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Research Directors, and Investment Team Leaders.
• Understand clients' investment processes, research needs, and priorities to maximize product adoption and engagement.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic account planning sessions with key stakeholders.
