Ocean Right Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead fast-tracked A&A and renovation projects across property assets in Hong Kong.

You will actively integrate AI tools and digital tracking to optimize timelines, liaise with architects, engineers, and statutory bodies, and ensure quality handover to management or sales teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of solid project management experience in real estate/construction, focusing on A&A, structural alterations, or residential renovations in Hong Kong.
• Tech mindset and integration of AI tools and digital platforms into daily operations.
• Deep understanding of Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance, regulatory submissions, and safety standards.
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong leadership and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fast-tracked A&A and major renovation projects from feasibility to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, main contractors and statutory bodies using digital tracking tools.
• Drive budgeting, cash flow forecasting, variation reviews, and cost governance with AI-enabled tools.
• Apply modern technology to resolve structural/design challenges and conduct site progress reviews.
• Oversee quality control and handover protocols to property management or sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Project Leadership: Oversee fast-tracked A&A, structural alteration, and major renovation projects from feasibility and statutory submission to final completion.

Smart Workflow & Authority Liaison: Manage architects, engineers, main contractors, and statutory bodies (e.g., Buildings Department), optimizing project timelines through modern digital tracking tools.

Data-Driven Budget & Schedule Control: Drive master programming, cash flow forecasting, variation reviews, and cost governance using advanced project management software and AI tools.

Technical Innovation & Problem Solving: Leverage modern technology to resolve complex structural/design hitches, conduct site progress reviews, and streamline technical evaluations.

Seamless Handover: Oversee quality control, digital defect tracking, and handover protocols for smooth transition to property management or sales teams.

Requirements

Qualifications: Degree in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field. (Professional membership such as MHKIE, MRICS, MCIOB, or HKIA is highly preferred; MBA is a plus).

Experience: Minimum 10 years of solid project management experience in real estate/construction, focusing on A&A, structural alterations, or residential renovations in Hong Kong.

Tech Mindset: Passionate about integrating AI tools, digital project management platforms, and modern methodologies into daily operations.

Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance, statutory submission procedures, and safety standards.
