Job summary

3cRGH in Shatin, Hong Kong, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee a new building project. You will manage all aspects from planning through completion, ensuring budget control and on-time delivery in a demanding construction environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Building/Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 8+ years of PM experience with main contractors, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Membership in HKIE/CIOB/HKICM is a plus.
• At least 8 years post-qualification experience in project management within building construction, ideally with main contractors.
• Proven leadership with initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be a HKID holder and speak the local language.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate overall project management activities, including budget management, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
• Track site progress and performance metrics to ensure milestones and objectives are achieved.
• Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and design specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and safety regulations adherence.
