Job summary

3cRGH is hiring a Development Project Manager in Hong Kong to oversee three redevelopment projects, including student hostel and senior living renovations, with work starting in September. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, MEOR or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in redevelopment works.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design and execution of AA/Rejuvenation works projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Position: Project Manager -Redevelopment project

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Project Manager to oversee three upcoming projects in the AA/Rejuvenation works sector. The projects include the renovation of a student hostel and a senior living home, with work expected to begin in September. As the Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of these two projects.
