Job summary

JPC Recruiting Services in Hong Kong is seeking an enthusiastic recruitment support professional to assist consultants with candidate coordination, interview management and end-to-end recruitment operations.

You will prepare vacancy details, verify resumes, and maintain accurate records while thriving in a small, fast-paced office environment that values teamwork and proactive service.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with some office/administrative experience welcome.
• Experience or strong interest in recruitment services, human resources or administrative work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional administrative and coordination support to the recruitment team.
• Prepare and share vacancy details with candidates, including job requirements, responsibilities, salary range and employer expectations.
• Review resumes, conduct clarification calls, and update CVs and records for accuracy.
• Arrange and conduct online interviews, send meeting links, and record key background information.
• Coordinate interview schedules between consultants and candidates; send confirmations and reminders.
• Conduct reference checks and document findings for consultants' review.
• Provide all-round administrative support to consultants.
