Job summary

Ramada Hong Kong Grand View invites applications for the Reception Manager / Assistant Reception Manager / Front Desk Supervisor positions. The role focuses on leading front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, and delivering excellent guest service in a 5-day work week environment.

Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma in Hotel Management or Front Office with at least 2 years in hospitality, strong English and Mandarin Chinese, and outstanding interpersonal skills to ensure guest

• Minimum 2 year working experience in hospitality industry
