About the Role

The role sits within the Racing Division, which manages all aspects of Hong Kong's world-class horse racing across the full value chain, from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement. The position supports the production of simulcast form guides by proofreading content, assisting with data collection and system input, and compiling guides using in-house systems. The Racing Division is shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proofread simulcast form guide contents, including race information, horse details, and past performance records.
• Assist in data collection and system input.
• Support the compilation of simulcast form guides using in-house developed systems.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Tertiary education or higher diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Hands-on computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe InDesign.
• Ability to work on non-office working hours and Public Holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high personal effectiveness.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Officer.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge in horse racing will be an advantage.
