Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is recruiting for an entry-level position within the Racing Division to help with form guide preparation and data handling. The role supports the production of simulcast form guides, involving race information, horse details and performance records.

Successful candidates will have a tertiary education, strong English and Chinese language skills, and be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Adobe InDesign. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered with the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education or higher diploma in a relevant field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Hands-on computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Proofread simulcast form guide contents including race information, horse details and past performance record.
• Assist in data collection and system input.
• Support in compiling simulcast form guides using in-house developed systems.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
