Job summary

SOCAM Development Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support a Senior Quantity Surveyor by measuring quantities, preparing variations, and ensuring accuracy, while liaising with clients and consultants to prepare subcontractor payments. Candidates should have a Higher Diploma in QS or related disciplines and at least 3 years of experience, preferably in large-scale fit-out projects.

Macau residents are preferred and stationing in Macau is required.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in QS, or construction-related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in large-scale fit-out projects.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
• Macau Resident is preferable.
• Station in Macau is required.
