Job summary

Man Kit Construction Company Limited is hiring a Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong. You will handle pre-contract and post-contract duties, including tendering, cost planning, interim payments, and final accounts, with focus on accuracy and cost control.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, has at least 2 years’ relevant experience (Main Contractor preferred), and can start immediately or on short notice.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in Pre-contract and Post-contract works including tendering, cost planning, interim payment, settlement of variation orders and final account.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in handling building and construction projects, preferably with Main Contractor.
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
