Job summary

Ken-Pal (S) Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to support pre- and post-tender activities, cost estimation, and cost control on construction projects.

You will prepare Bills of Quantities, manage contract aspects, and help finalize accounts with clients and subcontractors, while bringing strong knowledge of measurement, construction technology, and contract law.

Qualifications

• A Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 1–3 years of HDB project experience preferred.
• Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering specialization preferred.
• Proficiency in Glodon Cubicost is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

1. Handle pre- and post-tender quantity surveying scope of work.

5. Resolve contractual disputes and negotiate effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

• Preferably 1-3 years of HDB project experience in a related role.

• Specialization in Civil / Construction / Structural Engineering or equivalent is preferred.

• Proficiency in Glodon Cubicost is an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Additional Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in measurement, cost estimation, construction technology, contracts, and construction law.

• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate clearly, both spoken and written.
