Job summary

You will prepare subcontract packages and assist with contractual matters, including guarantees and claims. Ideal candidates hold a Quantity Surveying qualification, with 4–6 years of QS experience or 0–3 years for an Assistant QS, and are

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience for QS; Fresh graduate to 3 years of experience for AQS.
• Membership in RICS / HKIS is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic to intermediate technical skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Familiar with MS office and programming software.
