Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- 4-6 years of experience for QS; Fresh graduate to 3 years of experience for AQS.
- Membership in RICS / HKIS is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic to intermediate technical skills.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Familiar with MS office and programming software.
Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, assist in cost estimation, and support the bidding process.
- Prepare IPA, subcontractor payments, VO, and subcontract packages.
- Assist in handling contractual matters including guarantees, insurance, and claims.
- Support SOPO training and dispute resolution.
