Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare contractual correspondence and submit claims on time.
• Prepare and submit payment applications by due date and finalize accounts.
• Prepare works orders and settle sub-contractor final accounts.
• Ensure accurate measurement and timely insurance claim notifications.
• Coordinate with site teams to meet project timetables.

Job Description:

• Prepare contractual correspondence, submit claims notices promptly and in accordance with contractual timetable

• Prepare and submit payment applications on due date, follow-up applications to ensure promote certificate and payment, and ensure final accounts are submitted in a timely manner and are agreed to maximum value

• Prepare works orders for sub-contractors, prepare monthly payments and settle sub-contractors final accounts

• Ensure that the works are measured correctly and to maximum extent allowed

• Ensure insurance claims are notified promptly and claim particulars are submitted on time

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Experience with main contractor / LTA projects preferred

• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work schedule

• Self-motivated and detailed minded

• Familiar with Microsoft Office

• Willing to travel across Singapore
