Job summary

Kerry Properties Limited is seeking a seasoned Property Services professional to oversee all-round property management for the building and clubhouse in Hong Kong. You will enforce the Deed of the Mutual Covenant and coordinate contractors, suppliers and service providers while monitoring performance.

The role requires a degree in Property Management or related field, 8+ years’ experience with a minimum of 3 years in supervision, and a Tier 1 license.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in property management with at least 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1).
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and overseeing the operations of Property Services for all‑round property management of the building and clubhouse.
• Enforce the terms and conditions of the Deed of the Mutual Covenant.
• Propose appointment of contractors, suppliers and service providers, and monitor their performance.
• Prepare, manage and control the operating budget of the building funds.
• Maintain harmonious relationships with residents/occupants and liaise with internal departments, JV developers/owners/government bodies.
• Propose improvement or renovation programs to superiors when necessary.
