Job summary

Kerry Properties Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager, Property Services (Portfolio Management) to support the operations of Property Services across our portfolio. The role involves coordinating with internal project teams, consultants and contractors on renovation projects from inception to completion, and supervising works during non-office hours.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree, have extensive property management experience, and demonstrate strong English and Chinese

Qualifications

Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in property management with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience with ISO certification, audits and license applications operations is advantageous.
Experience in renovation projects is advantageous.
Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1) preferred.
Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and overseeing operations of Property Services for all-round property management.
Coordinate with internal project team, consultants and contractors on renovations from inception to completion.
Supervise renovation and improvement works during non-office hours.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
