Job summary

Parkland Property Management Limited is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a mixed property portfolio in Hong Kong. You will lead a team to ensure service quality, handle enquiries and complaints, and prepare budgets and management reports for senior leadership.

The role requires a Degree/Professional Diploma in property management, 5 years of hands-on portfolio experience, and professional memberships or PMP Tier 1.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional diploma in property management or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in managing a property portfolio of an housing estate.
• Professional membership of CIHCM / MHKIH / HKIS / RPHM or equivalent.
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 1).
• Strong leadership, communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Conversant with the DMC / BMO and related ordinances.

Responsibilities

• To manage and oversee the daily operations of a mixed portfolio of properties to provide all-round property management services.
• Manage and supervise a team to maintain quality of service and handle customer enquiries/complaints.
• Plan and manage property operating budget and prepare relevant reports/analysis for management review.
• Attend Incorporated Owners meetings and follow up requirements of owners/clients, etc.
• Liaison with clients, Owners and contractors, etc.
• Assist other ad hoc assignments as required.
