Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead property planning and projects in Hong Kong. You will report to the Project Manager and work within the Property Planning and Projects team to manage cross-departmental projects, lease activity and portfolio strategies for Cathay’s global properties.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields, 5+ years of experience, and strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in General Practice Surveying, real estate investment and valuation, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property management, lease management or construction project management.
• Solid experience reviewing real estate lease documentation and coordinating stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of property valuation and financial appraisal techniques (DCF, NPV, IRR).
• Experience with construction or office renovation projects is preferred.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to streamline work processes.
• Advanced Excel and property finance modelling experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional property and technical advice on cross-departmental projects.
• Prepare and review test-fit layouts for office renovation projects.
• Coordinate cross-departmental input to develop budget estimates and business cases for office renovations across different countries.
• Identify and assess risks, coordinate mitigation actions and monitor critical activities throughout project delivery.
