Job summary

PEWC Overseas Investment Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support leasing projects and mall revamp initiatives. You will assist the Project Manager, coordinate timelines, budgets and documentation to ensure on‑time delivery.

The role requires a degree and 5–7 years in accounting, finance or budgeting, and familiarity with HK building rules. Strong coordination, communication and multi‑department liaison skills are essential to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, budgeting or auditing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong building regulations, licensing requirements and leasing documentation workflow is an advantage.
• Good project coordination, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to liaise with multiple departments, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and attend site inspections when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Microsoft Project is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing leasing projects, mall revamp works and related improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate planning, work programme monitoring and project close‑out for leasing projects.
• Support planning and coordination of mall revamp works, including scope by schedule.
• Prepare, update and monitor project timelines, milestones and budget approvals.
• Maintain project documentation, reports and meeting minutes for management review.
