• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Relevant professional qualifications, such as a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
