Private Advertiser is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties including retail shops and offices in Hong Kong. You will coordinate with tenants, contractors and the property team to maintain and improve facilities.

You will manage fit-out work, oversee R&M/PPM projects, and help protect the owner’s interests while delivering quality service. Strong communication in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities and tenant-related issues.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance and R&M contracts.
• Ability to review tender documents and manage budgets.

Responsabilités

• Oversee property activities for a portfolio including retail and office properties.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, tenants and the property team.
• Supervise R&M, PPM, renovations per schedules and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with tenants and BMO for fit-out/reinstatement work processes.
• Vet tenant submissions to protect owner’s property and facilities.
• Build strong tenant relationships and address rental issues promptly.
• Attend pre-handover meetings and manage Tenant Move-In/Out processes.
• Monitor performance of outsourced providers and in-house teams.
• Review annual operating budgets and IE statements for timely delivery.
• Support ad hoc projects as required.
