Job summary

Active Development Limited is seeking an experienced professional to lead and oversee mixed-use property development projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The role requires strong coordination with consultancy teams and government bodies, ensuring projects progress from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate holds an MSc in Architecture/Planning or related discipline, with proven experience and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• MSc in Architecture/Planning or related discipline.
• Solid working experience in property development projects.
• Experience managing mixed-use development from planning to completion in HK/China.
• Ability to liaise with consultancy teams and government parties.
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin).
