Job summary

Synergis Management Services Limited invites energetic professionals to join our property management team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering quality management services, budgeting, and stakeholder liaison across owners, clients, and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in property management with at least 2 years in leadership, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in property management or related discipline.
• Membership in CIH / HKIH or equivalent preferred.
• PMP License (Tier 1) preferred.
• Professional memberships in RPHM/CIH/HKIH or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management, including 2 years at managerial level.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality property management services with prompt response and cost control.
• Prepare budgets and attend IO meetings; liaise with owners, clients, and contractors.
• Implement actions as specified in ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Provision of quality property management services with prompt response, tenancy administration and cost control;
• Preparation of budgets;
• Attending I.O. meetings and following up requirements of owners and clients, etc.;
• Liaison with clients, owners and contractors, etc.; and
• Implement the actions as specified in ISO.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in property management / Degree or above in related disciplines;
• Member of CIH / HKIH is preferred or other recognized professional bodies;
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 1);
• Possess recognized professional membership of RPHM, CIH, HKIH or equivalent is preferred;
• 5 years or above relevant experience in property management of which 2 years should be at managerial level;
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Handling crisis and emergencies effectively;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
